Daniel Drummond is an award-winning Brazilian film director, writer and animator.
His animation debut, “Chiaroscuro”, won him a Student Academy Award in 2015, qualifying for the 88th Oscars and screening in international festivals such as Annecy and Anima Mundi.
His live-action debut, “A Foreman”, earned him a second nomination for the Student Academy Awards in 2017, and played numerous festivals, winning a Special Jury Mention at the historic Guadalajara International Film Festival, and the Panavision Future Filmmaker Award at Hollyshorts.
In 2018, Daniel saw his graduate thesis film “Rust” selected for the Berlin International Film Festival script lab.
He currently lives in Los Angeles and is developing his first feature.
